Recently, V&T successfully carried out the renovation and upgrade of the multi-head wire drawing machines for a certain steel wire rope joint stock company (hereafter called the customer). This upgrade has not only given the production line a new lease on life but also brought about an unprecedented boost in the customer's production efficiency and product quality.
To satisfy the continuous market demand for high-end products, the customer made the decision to comprehensively revamp the existing multi-head wire drawing machines. After conducting in-depth research and careful demonstration, V&T tailored a brand-new solution specifically for this customer.
This renovation involved two multi-head wire drawing machines. One is a 30-head wire drawing machine, and the other is an 8-head one. These two production lines are in total equipped with over 120 motors, and the power of these motors ranges from 5.5kW to 18.5kW. The industrial control team of V&T's system quickly got involved. They worked closely together, overcame technical difficulties one by one, and ensured the smooth delivery of the project.
All the products used in this project are high-quality ones from V&T, including the V9 series high-performance frequency converters, the VC10V simple motion type small PLC, and the DP-2000 series 10.1-inch HMI. These advanced devices have not only increased the automation level of the production line but also ensured the stability and reliability of the production process. At the same time, this is the first time that the customer has fully replaced the products of a certain first-tier brand. With more advanced technical equipment, they chose V&T as their new partner. During the on-site debugging, the team from the equipment supplier used V&T's wireless debugging equipment, which greatly shortened the debugging cycle and ensured that the equipment could be quickly put into production.
The new multi-head wire drawing machine production line operates stably, and the production efficiency has been significantly improved, which has won high recognition from customers. The customer sent a multi-head wire drawing machine project acceptance letter, expressing satisfaction with V&T's professional capabilities and efficient services.
